Buffalo Grove Vitality Urgent Care

Came to this new location because the buffalo grove one didn’t have appointments, and I am just as impressed. Superior to any urgent care period. Mark is incredible with my 3-year-old. Such a wonderful, clean place. Cannot recommend enough.

Very clean and beautiful facility. TVs in each patient room kept my under-the-weather daughter distracted while we waited for her test results. The staff was very kind and patient. Would recommend and will likely go back when a clinic is needed!

While traveling to the United States from Israel, we unexpectedly needed medical care and visited Vitality Urgent Care in Lake Zurich. From the moment we arrived, the experience was impressive. The front staff and nurses were kind, attentive, and efficient, which immediately helped us feel comfortable while being far from home. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The clinic itself is modern, well-organized, and clearly equipped with advanced technology that supports high-quality care. We have experienced healthcare in Israel and many other countries, and the level of care at Vitality stands out. We are truly grateful for such an exceptional experience.

Amazing Service, very fast, it was very easy to check in, by walk in, they were very friendly and helpful, nurse tiffany was very professional she took care of my son and she was very kind to him, plus they have tv on each room and they made my son felt so comfty, Dr Rod was wondeful, he make sure we were fine, offer even water and juice to me and my son, they went above and beyond and we are so happy to have them here at LZ they are fast and convinient. I will give them 10 stars if I could. They have a nice office with plenty of space nice environment. Also have spanish nurse patricia in case anyone needs help with it !! Thanks for the help and amazing visit!!

I visited the new urgent care in Lake Zurich with my toddler and had such a great experience. The place is super clean, modern, and the staff is really friendly and professional. They’re amazing with kids; they even gave my daughter a little toy after the visit, and she was so happy. It’s a brand-new location with an X-ray room and everything you need. Overall, fast, easy, and really kid-friendly. Highly recommend!

Rod was very helpful, it was very easy to schedule an appointment! I am so happy to find an urgent care it is 6 minutes away with no wait.

I visited this urgent care clinic today with my daughter, and I was extremely impressed from the moment we walked in. The facility is brand new, very clean, and beautifully remodeled, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming us with kindness and professionalism. Our doctor, Dr. Radion, was especially kind, patient, and gentle while helping my daughter, who had her ear-piercing stuck and needed a small intervention. He explained everything clearly and took great care to make sure she wasn’t scared or uncomfortable. The treatment was done quickly, safely, and very professionally. And to top it off, my kiddo even received a small gift from Dr. Radion, which absolutely made her day and was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing prompt, caring, and professional medical help.

Definitely a very clean place. The people were nice and the wait time was excellent 30 minutes altogether and We did not have an appointment we just walked in definitely will be back

I’m very impressed with the quality of service I received at this clinic. Staff was helpful and welcoming, the nurse and NP were both thorough in the exam and I did not feel like I was being rushed out the door. The place is very clean. I would definitely recommend!

From the nurse all the way down to the receptionist, I felt very welcomed and safe here. I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Mark. He was kind and patient, and he listened to what I had to say without interrupting me and he made me feel heard, safe, and comfortable; a rarity for me when it comes to male doctors. Seeing people day in and day out and he was still able to be KIND and UNDERSTANDING and ESPECIALLY EMPATHETIC; a rarity in today’s doctors. He is also conscientious of wanting to save you money if you don’t have insurance if you have to take test that you can’t afford if you don’t really need it. So thank you so much to the team of Vitality Urgent Care for making my appointment go as smooth and as quick as possible. I hope to not get sick again and lose my voice for a very long while, but if and when I do, I’ll be sure to come back to the BEST urgent care I’ve been to and know; Vitality Urgent Care.

I worked with Vitality as our testing partner on a television production and they were fantastic! Their team was able to handle testing 5 days per week for a crew of over 700, along with VIP service for our cast and executives providing testing at their homes and through the mail. There was never a request they couldn’t handle and communication was always fast and friendly. Our team may have complained about the magnitude of nasal swabs they were subjected to in order to maintain a safe work environment, but never about the professionalism of the Vitality staff. If we resume production in 2022 I hope we have Vitality back on board with us!

There are no words to describe this team – they are beyond accommodating, caring and positive. They happily fulfill any request, no matter how challenging. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure and they will always be the first team I recommend for any medical services. I have always had a wonderful experience with Vitality Urgent & Primary Care. Rod, Izabella and all of the physicians are experienced, knowledgeable, kind and warm. They make you feel comfortable and taken care of. They are great listeners and have always advocated for their patients. You can tell how organized they are just by their response time! They are always quick to respond and they plan ahead for your care needs. I would recommend Vitality Urgent & Primary Care to anyone and have already recommended to many.

Great to work with Vitality! Definitely would recommend this team! They were very friendly throughout the duration of my experience, and I certainly look forward to being able to work with this team again!

They were very fast in getting the results back to us (in the same day) and Rod was so nice to give us his direct number in case we had a question. Everything went very smoothly. The only negative point is the price. It’s high. We paid $250 each. But we did get excellent service and since the tests are not sent out (they do them on site) we knew they couldn’t get lost or be delayed. That was a comfort to know before our international flight.

Vitality always gets my family members and me in as soon as possible. Facility is clean and professional, appointment is quick, and staff is so very kind and informative. They also went out of their way to help my daughter feel more at ease.
